At Kikwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition drops and clearance items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
